Meagan Fry - Future Finance Group Broker

Meagan Fry
General Manager

Meagan Fry loves to help clients achieve their goals, fulfill their dreams and create a strong future for themselves and their families. When she first set out to buy property for herself, she had to learn by trial and error. She wishes that someone had educated her about the processes involved in arranging finance when buying and selling property and alerted her to the pitfalls to avoid. Her personal experience strengthens her commitment to helping clients achieve their goals in property investment as quickly and smoothly as possible. Whether that be buying a first home, refinancing an existing house or purchasing an investment property, Meagan provides a professional and thorough service for her clients, designed to minimise the stress, find the best solution and make the process as easy and as quick as possible.

Meagan understands what her clients go through when they step into the property arena because she didn’t come from a property background. After 17 years as a qualified hairdresser, Meagan moved to New York for six years before returning to Australia to gain her Real Estate Agent’s license. She worked with Harcourt Real Estate and later become a qualified Mortgage Broker, working with Mortgage Express and Mortgage Freedom over seven years.

Her experience in the Real Estate industry means Meagan knows her clients’ motivations and anxieties as they move through all the “in’s and out’s” of the property market. She believes in giving excellent customer service and treating clients with honesty and clarity.

Meagan applies meticulous methodology to every aspect of a property transaction, keeping a watchful eye on each step. She undertakes the necessary research beforehand as a proactive measure against possible stumbling blocks. If she can see that it won’t work, she says so.

Meagan’s focus is on having each client build their confidence as they build their property portfolio to whatever level they desire. She has assisted clients to move from an initial investment of $20,000 to securing multiple properties.

Her success in the industry is founded on her ability to build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Family is paramount to Meagan and she is committed to helping clients build a strong financial foundation so they can create the best future for their families.
